Thousands of protesters gathered at Cal Anderson Park in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood then marched downtown. As a precaution I-5 was closed by WSP.

KING COUNTY-PETITION FOR PHASE 1.5
Governor Inslee confirms King County applied for a modified phase 1 reopening. Like Phase 2 this request is for limited types of business. Eight counties may now apply for phase 3.
