CASCADIA EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT - SMS PRIVACY POLICY
1. INFORMATION COLLECTION
We collect phone numbers and names solely for the purpose of dispatching critical operational alerts, out-of-band paging, and tactical notifications to active response personnel and authorized tenants.
2. NO SHARING OF SMS DATA (MANDATORY CLAUSE)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
3. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA
We implement robust electronic and operational safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.
CASCADIA EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT - SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Cascadia Emergency Management alerts are used to transmit critical operational notifications, emergency pager alerts, and situational updates to authorized personnel.
2. USER OPT-IN
By providing your mobile number and completing the operator-managed onboarding profile, you explicitly consent to receive SMS notifications. Message frequency varies based on active incident operations.
3. OPT-OUT (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to our dispatch number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
4. HELP & SUPPORT
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or contact watchcenter@cascadia-em.com.
5. CARRIER DISCLAIMER (MANDATORY CLAUSE)
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
