NARRATIVE:
WA | SEATTLE - Civil Unrest - Protesters have set fire to two Police cars. The Mayor of Seattle preparing to sign Emergency Order imposing a 1700 PDT curfew. Seattle Fire moving to Strike Team dispatch and recalling staff. Crowds need to disburse from downtown immediately.
URGENT - AVOID THE AREA - DOWNTOWN SEATTLE.
