WA | SEATTLE - CIVIL EMERGENCY - City of Seattle has requested deployment of 200 members of the WA National Guard as a force multiplier in a support role only at this time. Curfew is in effect as of 1700 PDT. AlertSeattle (Emergency Alert System) was activated telling persons to leave downtown. Shelter-in-place ordered for residence.
