Based in Snohomish County, Washington Cascadia Emergency Management is a Limited Liability Company that serves Tribal Governments, businesses, schools, churches, and other organizations with a variety of services. CEM was founded by Michael B. Fearnehough in 2016 to fill a growing need in the local community to support onsite emergency disaster training for organizations who desire to learn lifesaving skills in preparing for, responding to and recovering from a disaster.
